I ran into an issue while setting things up and ended up reaching out to xpoleus support. They got back to me quickly, which was already better than some other companies I’ve had to contact. They explained what I was doing wrong in simple steps, and after a little back and forth, everything was sorted out. It wasn’t totally seamless, but compared to most support experiences, it was decent. Overall, good help and I’d use them again

The spin mode feels smooth. I like using that part. The static mode does get a little stuck sometimes though. It is not a huge deal. Just makes it feel kind of average overall.

Shipping was quick, I think it got to me in like two days, which was a nice surprise. I wasn’t really expecting it that soon, so that was a good little win.

I’ve used it a ton and moved it around a few times, and it still feels really solid, no weird wobbling, looseness, or bending. The finish has held up well too, aside from a few tiny marks from normal use. I’d be annoyed if I had spent money on something that wore out fast, so I’m happy this one feels like it’s going to last a long time.

It’s definitely portable enough to move around, but carrying it is still kind of awkward. I expected it to feel easier to handle, and that part was a bit disappointing...

With these, though, my hands actually stayed in place the whole time, which made everything feel a lot more comfortable and secure.
